Title: FreeSpace music words and meaning ?
Post by: ShadowGorrath on June 23, 2008, 06:12:49 am
Just curious. Does anyone know the exact words from music in FreeSpace, and what they mean.

See, I heard a very similar phrase from FS2 ending video in Stronghold1 intro music.

The vocals are all samples from Symphony of Voices.  Just google it and you'll find thier website.

They're quite popular at the moment (I've also come across samples in Square Enix games an frequently on BBC programmes).

Ummm....the ones used in AOEIII are dutch.

The FreeSpace ones are probably meaningless - just sing.

I have a synth that can pretty much emulate those voices to be honest, I used it on the piece I posted in the Art forum :)

And if you're curious, the words are generic latin phrases.
