Title: FSO Installer Freezes

I've recently tried installing FSO Installer on my friend's PC, but it always stops at sparky_fs2.vp at 78%. It happened every time I tried installing it. Is there a way to download the .vp instead of using the installer? Thanks in advance.

HotU has the retail FS2 without the cutscenes (http://www.the-underdogs.info/game.php?id=4150). And I think there is a method to download individual files from there.

Of course, it's the retail version so you'll need to use the Installer to get all the FSO goodness too.
