You can't really complain, you were lucky to get past the Turks to be honest.

I got real depressed when Netherlands lost. Then Russia. Then Germany.  :doubt: It's just not my football year...

Still, big congratz. Have you seen the news lately? Spain is going crazy.

More than Turkey? That was the cruellest one of the lot. They'd played circles around Germany the entire match.

The teams you mentioned were at least beaten by the side that had played better that night.

I'm kinda glad they won because that makes us not look like tremendous suckers.

We were in the group with the Former Champions, Current Champions and Semi-Finalists. Toughest group really.

That, if it has not fallen into eighths before or during the first phase ... But yesterday, the Spanish team managed to remove all the ghosts over to the front of a triumph to which Italy won not in official competition since 1920. Throughout its history, Spain has returned home after playing the quarterfinals in four World and five European Championship. The victory yesterday means a collective catharsis for the Spanish fans, who did not see his selection in the 'semis' of a big tournament-World since Euro-Euro'84 against France..."
