Hey Folks. Well, I'm feeling impulsive at the moment so I'm going to buy a new LCD TV for my x-box and start getting my moneys worth out of it. I'm going to wall-mount it and I'm pretty restricted for space so 26" is all I can fit and even that's pushing it a little. There's a electronics shop here that a mate works in who should be able to get me a staff discount so I'm (unless someone convinces me otherwise) sticking to their selection. So out of these, what's best?
My only demands are that it has a PC connection, be it VGA or DVI (preferably) and also that the speakers are located underneath the unit and not on the sides so as to keep the horizontal width to a minimum. The list is;
SAMSUNG 26" HD READY LCD / Model: LE26A451C1XXEU
BEKO 26" HD READY LCD / Model: 26WLJ520HD
LG 26" HD READY LCD TV / Model: 26LC55
WALKER 26" HD READY LCD TV / Model: WP2609LCD
SANYO 26" HD READY LCD / Model: CE26LC81-B
NORDMENDE 26" HD READY LCD / Model: NM26780
TOSHIBA 26" HD READY LCD / Model: 26A3001P
And that's that, so if you know of any faults/shortcomings or virtues of these models then sound off. I've done a bit of research myself and will be doing more but anything you can offer is appreciated.

No Pioneer or Panasonic on your list?

Like I said, I'm just working with the shop stock, for the moment at least. It's a fairly mainstream shop, more about this weeks bargain than the selection so I've to be happy with whats there.

I have been very very happy with my Samsung(s).

My family has two Sony LCD TV's (56'' and a 40-something). I've been extremely impressed by both of them. Especially the 40 some inch one. It's from the Bravia line. Definitely worth it.

Extremely happy with my Sharp Aquos 37in. I think you can't go too wrong with the latest round of LCD TV's...just check the stats and make sure you know what you're getting.

I oo am looking for a tv. only 1080p and much bigger.

Yeah well I took the plunge and ordered a Samsung LE26R86. I'm sure it'll do the job. At 550 Euro it better!
(I know that's relatively cheap for an LCD, I'm just tight!)
