Title: co-op campaign
Post by: Insomniac34 on July 03, 2008, 03:39:21 pm
I have a simple question. I have two computers with identical versions of the SCP running on them (3.6.10 beta mediaVPs). Is it possible to play the original FS2 campaign in a cooperative mode with another person over my LAN?

I know a four-player version (http://campaignlist.hard-light.net/campaign-18-main_freespace_2_campaign__4_player_version.htm) of the main campaign was developed, but I don't know about two-player.

well I know when I try to create an online game, it lists all of the campaign missions as possible maps to choose for it. So maybe I dont even need to download something?

If you used the installer you may have a two part version already under the coop - campaigns tab. It doesn't realty matter if it's a four player version, you can just leave two slots open.
