Title: Builds with Text-to-Speech

Im new to this board, so I don't really know whats going on, but I was wondering which, if any, of the recent builds included support for text to speech.
Im asking because i get graphical errors when I run 3.6.9, so I want to use 3.6.10, but the build I have has no text to speech support.

Anything I've posted will have it. I don't think any of the other coders bother except for official builds though.
