Post by: Corsair on February 24, 2002, 10:43:41 am
Anybody know of any good free ones that do stuff like Glitterarto and LunarCell that aren't demos and won't expire quickly?

Hey Darkage where did you get it from...Morpheus, Kazaa..look Corsair everyone breaks the law and in this Forum talking about such things is forbidden, though I would say use the progz get the serials off morpheus, kazaa or warez..though if you ever use the progz or plugins or whatever for making money buy them..thats the least you can do for the Companies that bring these sort of programs out...but as legality goes its all about money, and ****loads of it...:)

As for this post it'll probably get busted by the moderator...I just hope not...

Always TRY before you BUY
(As long as you want)

Have you tried a search engine?

As for warez - yes, we have a hard line policy against it being publicly discussed. If you want to talk about it use email or some other method of contacting a person directly, just don't do it here.

I hate to ressurect a dead topic, but this does hold some value for me.  I'm in need of some plug-ins that would aid me in my renders (more specifically, explosion effects, suns, engine/beam glows, lasers, and beams.  Planets would be nice as well.  I know this is asking a lot, but do this for me, and you shouldn't hear a peep out of me as far as requests go.  I don't have ICQ, but if it's needed, I can get it (and if I do, I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to turn off that blasted function that causes it to boot up every time I start my computer).  Thank you in advance to anyone who's willing to lend a helping hand.  :)

Universe makes the best-looking suns I have seen yet. A slight lens flare effect make it look even better IMHO ;)

The quality was reduced by compression here, but it gives a general idea:

ooooh...pretty...now, where can I find it?!  :D

Edit:  Found it!  Now, if anyone can name off the top of their heads some other useful plugins (for say, beam, laser, explosion, and possibly nebula effects) let me know!

Ack!  The Universe plug-in!  It displays this annoying text on top of its effects saying I must register!  O_o;;  Why?!

Well...I've got Lunarcell, Solarcell, and Glittario installed...hopefully that'll stave me off.  O_o

Ah, thanks for the pointers.  For glows, I think I'll try Axion...Thunder seemed to like it, and from what it looked like in the tutorials, they came out pretty nice.
