Title: Transcend Problem (CTD)

****ing wonderful. Since....someone, I don't know who...decided to lock the Transcend thread, I now have to create a new thread to say something simple like this.  :doubt:  :sigh:

I crash on the last mission.

Immediately after I kill Saya

I tried it twice already, exact same thing happens both times. The rest of the campaign played without a hitch though.

I'm on 3.6.9, which according to the readme, should work.
And I have 3.6.10 beta mvps, everything but MV_Music

Except the 20081107 build. It has missing thruster effects. But if it doesn't bug you go right ahead and use it.

I think it's a problem with the Kelpie model itself.

Well, the Kelpies before blew up fine. I'll try a 3.6.10 build...

If nothing else works, It`s been said that if you damage the ship down to a few percent and trick it into crashing into one of the freighters or cruisers, it will blow up without any problems.

It happened to me too on the 3.6.7 build and it's a simple fix.  The last level of the mod is a "set-position" SEPTX hotspot.  In other words, the samething that was happening to you in the nebula happens to you a lot in the last level of the mod.  When you kill Saya, the Transcendent appears out of nowhere for a second and disappears the same way he appeared and that has a very odd effect of overloading the game and crashing it.  I think that could be due to the fact that the computer has to abruptly load the models and details of those models in such short time that it overloads the game and crashs it.  The way to fix this is to shut off all the features at the SCP launcher.  Then, when the game starts, drop all the detailing down to minimum.  This should work and let you past the level, or at least get you even farther than you were before.
