Title: Blue Planet problem

In the mission where I'm supposed to board the Duke, I press ALT-A and nothing happens

That's the default key binding for Autopilot. Hit F2 for options and check your key bindings to see if Autopilot is assigned to something else.

Oh dear. People keep asking about this. Androgeos Exeunt asked about the exact same thing a couple of hours ago. Though it was hidden in the favourite campaign thread.
