In short, I got spam sent to me from MY email address.
-
E-mail headers are easy to fake. And yes, I do receive spam seemingly coming from "myself", mainly to my school e-mail which is pretty spam-ridden...
-
I'm hoping someone can help me stop it. Especially now that one of them somehow managed to get past the spam filter.
-
Receiving spam from your own address (obviously faked as stated above) is a common occurrence. If you use Gmail, just select the spam and click mark as spam button. We can't stop spam for you, if that's what you were thinking. For that to happen, take the issue up with the spam kings. Unlikely to happen.

I've never spammed myself unless if I forget to check my To and From fields...
