Because the Macs I use are the property of my host family, I'm a bit unfamiliar with them.
Is there any way to open the .exe installers commonly used for released campaigns on a Mac? If not, I just wanted to make campaign creators aware that this can pose some difficulties, and it would be good to simply post compressed VPs as well as an installer.
Examples of campaigns that use .exe installers include Earth-Brakiri War (TBP) and Inferno, both of which I'd like to (re)play.

Some campaign creators might think that they're doing a service to the dumb Windows users who can't deal with anything more complicated than an automated installer. I'm sure the majority here can handle vp files, especially if they're released with a readme explaining what to do with them.
But as far as I know, there aren't even that many .exe campaigns/mods. Inferno stuff, some TBP campaigns... well, that's it.

here is a Mac/Linux friendly EBW archive... :)
Expand the contents of the archive into your "The Babylon Project" folder and you're ready to go...
http://freespace.flatdisc.net/EBW.7z (http://freespace.flatdisc.net/EBW.7z)
I'll upload the archive also to fsmods.

Is it an Intel Mac? Couldn't you just run Wine?

If I owned said Macs I would happily do so!
