In the event you missed it, seems Freespace 2 will be re-released by goodoldgames:

I hope this won't generate any legal problem for the SCP projects.
another question: is there a place to download the complete up to date SCP work instead of Turey's installer ?

Place? No. Many places? Yes. For retail FS2, Home of the Underdogs. For FSO builds and Launchers, the Source Code Project board. For MediaVPs, the Upgrade Project board. For campaigns and such, the Missions and Campaigns board, the FreeSpace Conversion board and so on.

Who the heck here doesn't want to buy a fresh new copy of fs2? You'll just be like "yeaaaaahh!!!" inside your head as you open and remember what's in there.
9 chances out of 10 that:
Androgeous Exeunt would have his mom purchase it for him though she knows he already possesses it for free.
Stormkeeper would buy the game 3 times from the presented web link in here.

dagon is thinking about purchasing the game from the web link here, but when he does, he blow up his computer so that he can hide porn and play the game on his mom's computer.
....just to make playing the game way back when just as it was way back when.
dagon, if you don't want to use turey's installer then go to the fsu forum for downloading the mvp's, and then go by the source code project forums to download the launcher and the scp executable binaries. Once you have all of that stuff, you need to know which folders to put it all in, in which the best place to ask that question is in the fsu (freespace upgrade) forum.

Sadly. And only Descent 1 & 2 were sold in SG, for a very brief period of time. You're talking about a country that initial banned HL for excessive gore, and Mass Effect for an alien lesbian scene.

Why have i gone through all of this trouble for you androgeous exeunt? Because stormkeeper, lobo, and dagon don't ever get to be included in your 0.13 chances out of 10. They don't get leeway on this one.

Actually, Descent 3 was bundled with Mercenary and sold in Popular Bookstores last time too. It isn't now. :(

Most of the things involving my mum and I on computer games is a 0.13 chance over 10, because my mum thinks I'm already too old to play computer games.
