Title: engine glow stuffs

I donno if this is a bug or just the way i put all the stuffs together. Basicially what i did was i extracted everything from TBP Core and put it in its respective fs2\data\* folder. I did some table tweeking to get all the sounds straight and all of the ships and weapons are in .tbm files.  Then i put the 3.6.10 beta media vp's in the fs2 root folder.

ok now what's happening is some times i'm not seeing engine glow effects... only some times, im running a test mission using a colossus, hecate, fenris, ISA Victory and EA omega-x. when i first put the media vp's in, i had the engine effects on all of my ships. I didn't change anything after that and i noticed some times i get no glow effects except from the colossus. Anyone have any clue as to why that might be happening? I'm not getting any errors or crashes.

Was that a debug or release build?

Did the debug build (surely you run it after reading my post... ) report anything?

oh i'm sorry i guess i should have followed up. Apparently it's a known bug with late arrivals not showing engine glows. It does that on every 3.6.10 build i've ran.
