Hi guys!
After having been gone for ages i decided to install FS2_Open again on my linux machine, it works nicely, but i didn't manage to locate a launcher.
So.... my question is, is there a launcher for linux?
Cheers! ^^

No. At least not that I know of. There is one for OS X, but Linux has been neglected.
Edit: No wait. There is something here (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,53206.0.html).

Weren't there a Java-based launcher, too?

Hmm.... It uses qt... blah :P
Maybe i should make one with phpgtk :drevil:
Would there be much intrest in a new launcher?

What's wrong with Qt? It's open and available on Linux, Windows and OS X. GTK+ isn't really available on OS X. There are some projects that have tried, but nothing seems to be maintained, and there's definitely nothing official.
However, feel free to attempt a new launcher. Just keep in mind that it would be nice if it were crossplatform, although no one's going to complain if you make the most amazing Linux Launcher ever. Just open source and/or maintain it.
