I noticed this campaign abbreviation in the shivan manifesto thread but though looking familiar I can't remember the name nor can I find information about it on the wiki. Anything ever come of it or is it something else in hibernation? From what I garnered it dealed with the 'puppet master' race vs the GTVA which would've been interesting in and of itself.
