Is there a way to edit the Explorer shell?

E.g., I loathe that the 'print' command is located next to the 'open' command upon right clicking a .txt file. Is there a way to remove it?

No. Use keyboard shortcuts or look into getting a different shell.

Actually a shell replacement won't help you there; it would be more correct to say get a different file manager.
