Ok, because you guys will not stop bugging me about this, here is my draft of an Aquitaine remix that's sort of not really mastered.
[Removed]
More of a cover right now then a remix, but I wanted some thoughts on it before I work myself to death over it :P
EDIT: See http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,56374.0.html for final version.

Congratulations, gentlemen, the operation is a go. I can say- mission accomplished at getting BlackHole to do the remix.
Not bad btw
-
I don't really care for it.
-
This was only a draft? It sounds great.
-
I thought it sounded pretty sweet, and that was before I even realized it's a work in progress. :)
-
What did ya use to make this? And how did ya break it into it's composite layers?
Me want 'dat prog

I didn't do anything to the original source OGG file, I simply recreated everything in FL studio 8 with my own instruments and samples.
If there was a program that could break songs into their composite layers, I'd want it too, because its impossible :P

*Googles FL Studio 8...
If there's a demo i'll port it into Techno EJay, i can't find a Rave version anywhere :(
-
Damn it, Erik! You're great! :)
I can't wait to DL more stuff from you! :D
-
Pretty good.
-
Needs more creative arrangement. At the moment it's the same music, but with different sounds. In other words it needs more of you in it and less of the original.
And needs more breakbeat :P
-
Why don't you remix a few other FS2 soundtracks, Darius? :p ;) :)
-
Exodus
-
Uhm, I can't think of a remix of Exodus...maybe with a louder voice and "stronger" crescendo?
-

Ok, nice...but the credit for that is yours...if someone uses it you should be mentioned...
-
