Title explains it all. I need the 3.6.10 mediavps mapped SJ Sathanas model ( with maps included ) in MAX format. At worst, it can be OBJ. And I need it rather quickly.

Well you could do it yourself.
http://the158th.hard-light.net/spicious/pcs2.7z (http://the158th.hard-light.net/spicious/pcs2.7z) PCS2 with Collada export.
Another method that works is save to cob using pcs2 and then use Accutrans to convert to dae. For Blender I usually convert the images to bmp before doing the cob/dae conversion.

EDIT-- Shadow_G The only way i can get it from Pof>Cob>Max0 is to ise PCS2 then export as VRML from TS and import to MAX, but there's no texture info so i'll go back to the grindstone.

2, here's your .OBJ fully mapped and tried in 3DSMAX 9 32bit.
I popped i into Lithunwrap as a .cob and exported it no problems.:D

Just so you know, the Sath is available as textured 3DS here (http://w3.enternet.hu/fscult/3dmodels.htm). The maps are probably the retail versions, but it shouldn't be too hard to convert the mediavp maps...
