Title: About hull repair

We have the $Hull Repair Rate: line so our ships can auto-repair. But what if I don't want them to be able to conduct full repairs and ending up at 100% again.
How difficult would it be to implement  a $Hull Repair Celing: line? .. so if I set it to 0.75 the ship will not get repaired above 75% hull

I like that idea, but I would put the ceiling really low like 20 or something.

What, you haven't opened the Mission Specs dialog in the last couple of years or something? :p

I think (but am not sure) he means on a per-ship-class (i.e. all GTF Hercules, or whatever) basis.

That the repair-ship upper repair limit .

Not the celing of ships with auto-hull repair.
