Title: Looking for a specific document

Very long time ago I downloaded a document that held some useful FRED info - which head ani corresponds to what face (including personas), list of command briefing ani's with their names and descriptions, list of common names and naming conventions..stuff like that.
I can't find it anywhere. Must have deleted it by accident and it's very useful.

anyone know where I can find it?
