Title: fred direct link to build (Alt+R)

There's a command on Fred (ALT+R) to run freespace directly loading the mission (or just opening freespace), but it's disabled now, is there a way of activating it or telling the exe where to look for the build so I can run it directly and not having to go ahead and look for the launcher??

That option has never worked since retail.  There was talk of coming up with some sort of fix but I don't know if it has been implemented yet.

It would be really nice to have a direct link to the mission itself when using this option. It could save lot's of seconds to those who depend on the do-and-see-what-happens kind of freders like me, nobbish guys,  well it doesnt matter, Ill fred anyway :P

Ummm. It should work in any recent build. I fixed it a month or two back.

then I'll try downloading a new build when I get home, If it works it will help me a lot indeed.
