I'm putting this here, because im not sure if it belongs in the TBP section.
:( :( :(
This threat is dedicated memorial for the great actors of Babylon 5 who passed in the last 8 years. The links (where availablie) are to videos dedcated to their memories
Andreas Katsulas (Ambassador/Citizen G'Kar) 1946 - 2006

Richard Biggs (Dr Stephen Franklin) 1960 - 2004
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=m-Ch-dQ4dXY&feature=related
Brilliant Actors both of them. They had some of the most profound lines in the show
Tim Choate (The Zatharases) 1954 - 2004
Though he only appeared in the role in 3 (well, techically 2) different stories, his portrail of the character never ceased to amuse me.
To them, i say for all of us;
The part of us that remains will very much miss the part of you that has gone. You're voices will linger within our hearts as long as we live.
And as Ronald Regen once said of the Challenger Seven - "We bid you goodbye. We will never forget you. For those who knew you well and loved you, the pain will be deep and enduring"

A bit late for a memorial thread, but better late than never.
Well, I never watched Babylon 5, but I know that it's sad when someone you grow to love in even such an indirect way as TV dies.
PS: How did they incoporate his death into the show?
-
Sheridan explains their absences in "The Lost Tales" by saying that they were exploring "beyond the Rim". Which they are, after a fasion
A simple line with such a deep meaning...
-
good videos, gonna rewatch B5 now.

Since Katsulas died in '06, Biggs in '04 and the original series ended in '98, there was no need to incorporate the deaths into the show. The Lost Tales is apparently another matter. Haven't seen it myself.

I had no idea those two died, bit of a shame really :(
-
Rest in peace. They were really great actors.

What? Nobody remembers Tim Choate who acted Zathras? He died on 24 September 2004.

What? :(
I mean, sure, I remember Zathras. Each and every Zathras. But for some reason I had neglected to find out who portrayed him/them. Oh, fiddlesticks...
-
Oh damn...
Zathras was such a funny little man and a brilliant character. I had no idea that the man behind him had died...
He had to have had the funniest, yet still very profound quote on the show ever;
"Can not run out of time - there is infinite time. You is finite, Zathras is finite, this...is wrong tool."
Edit: Added him to the first post.

Killed in a motorbike accident, poor guy didn't even reach 50 :(
I seem to recall Claudia Christian saying that she was beginning to understand how Ivanova felt in 'Sleeping in Light'.
