I've played the demo... enjoyed it although it's very hard.... crawled a bit as well. I'll be buying the full game (when I have the money) though...

yeah tis great but omah beach is proving to hard for me the damned germans seem reluctant to die for me - damned inconsiderate of them

Single player is excellent, multiplayer sucks. Can't beat RTCW. :D
-
I got it about a month ago; awesome single player game. Multiplayer is pretty good but nothing special; the single player is where this shines.:)
Are you on the Omaha sector beachhead mission?

Want good WWII multiplayer action?
Looking for realism?
Got Half-Life?
Then go Here to www.dayofdefeatmod.com
This is currently the best Half-Life mod out ther IMO. Hefty download but well worth it.

The way I survived Omaha Beach was that I quickly ran forward and behind the first metal obstacle. Then I ran to the next one directly in front. Then again, and crouch, or you'll get you're head blown off. Then crawl to the medic, get the health. Awe at the destruction around you, and try and make it forward as best you can. I never get enough of that mission! I play it over and over and over! On hard. There is no other way! :headz:

How about modability? That's all I care about :D
EDIT: Dark_4ce, those metal obstacles are tank traps;)

This game is awesome, online and single. An SDK is forthcoming and Fredzone has dibbs on some mission creation in that area.
If anyone wants help come to the UGC forums, most of our members cracked the game within the first week of its release, and would be more then happy to help anyone who needs it.
hell we have a whole subdomain dedicated to it, and are joined in the teamwarfare leagues. This game is worth every penny and then some.
