They're not recent news...

What do you mean by competition? I don't expect these things to match NASA's capabilities in space travel and research.

EDIT: lol

My first go I got 96.13 height and landed it :) At least it's still in one piece

And Mobius, don't take things so literally, it's a Reliant Robin, with jets strapped to it.

this is less accurate yet oddly more fun than orbiter. all the rediculous explosions make it awesome.

337764 with a good landing

and in all seriousness my girlfreind who hates comuters and especially games spent an hour playing it; trying go work out what the secret is ..... and there isnt one .....

you need 4800+ to get into the top ten , its really hard to get past 4000

Yar, it's hard to get 4k+ without asploding.  Here I nearly made 4800, and was level on the landing, even levelled out of the first bounce, skidded a while, and then it decided to explode anyway.

I notice the trick is to have the left booster a little less powered than the right, to help maintain verticalness and conserve fuel.

How do you land? Mine just blows up when it hits the ground.

Left/right arrows to keep yourself level on landing.  Problem is you start flipping around after the first bounce if you fall from really high.

I like how (damn, they were on the last page) had the other part of their ship next to them when they landed...
