A while back on the VBB, Thunder showed a link to a quick background creator (made stars and such). Where is that again?

Glitterarto (http://www.flamingpear.com) is a plugin for PhotoShop 6.0 but it's only a 30-day demo then you have to pay for it. It's a really good thing...until it expires.

I use that Universe program a bit for graphics; some of those effects (especially the galaxy, sun and lensflare) look very nice.:)
