Title: New Menu Music

I've been trying to implement mod specific menu music, atm im trying modifying the Aquiatane entry in the music tbl file so the file its looking for points to the file i want to play as menu music but its not working, any help?

Ahem, did you simply make a music.tbm or did you replace aquitaine.wav with something else?

Ah yea, well Jew-Unit was a play on G-Unit....

Dont worry, anyway the piece of music is in .ogg format and in freespace 2/(mod folder)/data/music

I went into the music.tbm for the mod and replaced the menu music entry with the filname of the piece i wanetd to play (filename.ogg)

In the Music.tbl the entry AQUITAINE refers to a specific soundfile ( for TBP its b5_season5.wav )

actually, I am surprised you have problems with this.

Just yesterday I replaced the TBP music with a piece from ENYA, the season 5 opening is quite annoying me.

mod.ini causing it to **** itself, don't know why though, works fine after deleting/moving mod.ini-

but now i cant use mediavps...

Post by: haloboy100 on November 08, 2008, 08:13:42 pm: Go to "custom flags" under the "features" tab in the launcher, and put -mod mediavps (or whatever the name of your MVP folder is) and you'll be fine. I use that custom flag no matter what mod I'm using.

Hmm, just creates the problem again, im thinking a problem with mediavps or something
