Title: I know you all like having Vas fighters....

It has no real mapping, and before you convert it it has to be either double-sided or all the polys need to be reversed (yes, they're all backward.) I don't have any plans for it, but the planned name was the GVF Ramses, and it was a space-superiority craft.

BTW, the designation Ramses has already been taken by the Vasudan escape pod from FS1, so you will need a different name. A quick search on the Net for things Egyptian should turn up some other good naming possibilities.

I usually just goto dictionary.com and use the thesaurus to see what is alternate to words like "death" "victory" "grapefruit", then send it back to the dictionary and see what it actually means. Then you have a cool ship name.

Q: Why is it an executable in that link? People tend not to trust exe... if its actually the ship why not just zip it?

after you find a cool synonym, use the translater, then you have a cool name...

I had it in EXE because it was compressed a little smaller, but I just switched it to ZIP.

Not true, that was the Ra, the Egyptian sun god, a waste of a good name if you asked me.

It has planar UV mapping. I have nothing better to map it in, so therefore I removed the crap textures which were on it. It is usable by anyone who wants it, just mention I made the mesh. I am not going to do anything with it.

vasudan ships are a pain to do, tho. i used to like the vasudans, I've worked as a ship designer for them, now I hate vasudans. bah vasudans! bouh! bad, bad!!!
