Did you use a photoshop plugin for that? such as Lunarcell and Solarcell? It just looks strangely familiar

JPG compression gives things compression artefacts but unless you specify a smooth factor, it doesn't make things blurry. :)

I kind of recognized it from that cloudy planet scheme; I have used a similar-looking planet (made by the same program) in my campaign, so it looked familiar. ;)
