Well, Axem handed this thing off to me a long time ago, so I figured I might as well UV and texture it. So here's the fruits of my labour so far:

Yay! A Lambda! I've been waiting for this for some time. Nice model and textures!
How much time did this take? You've just finished your TIEs and you're already here with a Lambda.
-
Spent the morning UVMapping it, maybe 4 hours or so, then textured for about 3 hours, then lost everything, took a break for about 3 hours and have been working since, so time spent (Not including time lost) is so far about 8 hours I'd imagine

My god...it's full of
stars awesome.
-
That's feature film quality already.
-
My god man it's far too pretty to shoot.
Great Job Axem and Brand :D
ps Does it come with a Lunatic?
-
Very nice. Does it come complete with a Wookie in the cramped co-pilot's seat? :p
-
Wookiee.

Hotness

Holycow!
I have a sudden urge to escort that, and fly really close, and flip over, look up and see everything.

I dunno about that... Darker?

The head and the indented section of the hull that follows directly behind it looks a bit thin compared to the pic above.
Needs to be a bit wider methinks.

God I almost went off you before I realized you weren't Mobius. You should really change your font to something else. I would have only gone off on him, because he should know better. For you, I'll just quote this from the FAQ:
Model X looks too long/short/narrow/wide/tall/squished/etc
Ok, we've been really picky about sticking to whatever references there are available for all the models we're working on. Most of the time, any complaints like this are due to a particular render's perspective. We've literally had complaints that the ISD was both too long AND too short based on which render people had looked at. So please, trust us to get this part right.
I assure you, this is one of the most heavily referenced ships we have, and it's almost spot on to our reference shots of the movie model (roughly 80 shots).
-
You even got the rain streaks! Excellent work there Axem and Brand, and one of my favorite SW ships to boot. Imperial officials just begging to be torpedoed right there.

Oh this is gonna be fun.....
You should really change your font to something else.
I use my own font because it looks good, and i dont know how to make my own custom code thingy.

Among the Lambda references there are 3 blueprints, all of which are slightly different. The head being the most inconsistent piece of the whole thing.
Also even in Return of the Jedi they used two different models for the Lambda. One giant model to use when filming with actors (it has a stubbier head) and one small model to use for space scenes (it has a much more streamlined head).
So there is no "right" Lambda. The only other way you could squeeze all of that in line are with different subtypes of the shuttle, like with the 747 (747-100, 747-200, etc).
Mine is a Lambda-42.
