Title: PCS2, VC2008

I downloaded VC2008 so I could get pCS2 with collada support running.
However VC2008 will not install.
Whenever I try to run it i just get the message
"VC2008 is not a valid win32 application."

Anyone know whats up?

what have you d/l

the online installer -> it's broken, d/l again

the offline installer -> burn a DVD (or mount the *.iso with an appropriate app)

I downloaded vc2008 runtime from microsoft.com

if yes, then d/l again, sounds like the d/l failed if the error is "VC2008 is not a valid win32 application."
