I don't really go for any of your options in particular... :)

I'm a storyteller. Anything to tell a story. :)

Missions forever! A plausible and detailed story is also important. The other stuff is just secondary "icing on the cake" IMHO. ;)

A good (consistant) story is more important than anything else. You need good missions to make people want to hear the rest of the story though. :)

Exactly, a story that sucks you in! That will give it that good feel to the campaign. The feel is the "make or break" of most games. So above all else, most work should go into the story, then afterwards into everything else...

Any good campaign needs to have Shivan cargo depots packed with space-crack.

I don't think those exploding containers had shield tech after all...

I forgot something; a plot axis. Something around which everything revolves. :)

I just can't stand missions with spelling and/or grammatical mistakes. (No Offense, Kazan ;7 )

Yeah, spelling and grammatical errors really bring down the "immersion factor" of a mission; I always try to make sure my missions are free of those before releasing them.

I agree. The plot is the main point of it all, followed closely by gameplay and mods. The thing is, to tell a good story, you need good missions and good mods.

Agree :D

Stroy is difficult to translate, but it's the most important part in a campaign :)

Good story is not the only important thing in a campaign, even  if it is... well quite important. When the missions are  :mad2: :headz: (gotta love this smiley) :o :snipe: , then an excellent story won't save it. As an example the Special Ops Command (http://archives.volitionwatch.com/fs2/missions/campaigns.php3?Cmp=Special%20Ops%20Command)  - The story is above average, but the missions... yes the missions...
