Title: Add-background-bitmap sexp greyed out?

For some reason I am unable to select the "add-background-bitmap" sexp in the events editor. This is actually kinda crucial for my campaign, for reasons I shall keep to myself for now.

Why is this script greyed out, and how can I change this?

EDIT: Almost forgot, my FRED is fred2_open_3_6_10r-20081207_r4985.exe, and I'm running the 3.6.10 MediaVPs.

You have to add a variable before you can use them.
