I'm toying with a concept for my new Website.
"OSIRIS" home of the HAF.
This is what I came up with so far.
This is a JPG 800x600 smaller in size as the original 1024x 764
The pods numbers 1,2,3,4 are the buttons for the menu. Usual: Pilot page, forum, administration, and SW.
Now, it's just a matter of getting FLASH to work.
AAARGHH! I hate Flash!

Ohh yeah, as a rollover effect of the mouse over the numbers a jumpgate appears on the right side and a ship jumps in from it. According to the number, the correct ship will come out with more menues.

Not bad.
BTW: Link mapping is a tool of Satan used to irritate us graphics-based webpage designers. Have fun with those shadows and finding a good place to hide the seam.:p

Please can you expand on the link mapping issue?
I really don't know what that meens. :)
In fact I don't know "jack" about building a website.
I'm playing with flash 5 for the 3rd time in my life.
and it is not Vulcan originated program at all.
No siry! No pointing hears, not "your mind to my mind" and definetly, "do not live long and prosper" with Flash! :jaw:
:mad2: nanu nanu!
