.....VP Views game directory config screen says "Descent: Freespace - Darkness Rising (OEM Version)"?

What is it? Silent Threat or what?:confused:

From the looks of it I think its an OEM version distributed with certain hardware. Thats the first 1 or 2 chapters of the full game.

Spot on; DR is the OEM version of the game. FS1 missing major chunks.

But like the Colossus version of FS2 that probably only amounts to the last two chapters and any unique .anis that go with them. All the ships and all the artwork is probably all there.
