I need voice actors for just a few simple lines in part of a short campaign I'm making. Only 3 voices are currently needed. If anybody is interested, please feel welcome to post a sample up. This is kind of urgent, so help ASAP would be nice. :)
Here are the sentences needed. Green is open, red is taken.
Kilro, we have an incoming fighter.
Send in Theta wing to intercept.
It's not hostle. It's fighter HT-111 sent in to find the Optimen.
Well, that changes things. Send in Theta wing, and bring him home...
]This is Theta wing. We're heading out now.
Thanks for any help provided. :)

Recorded some of your lines and put them here http://www.4shared.com/dir/11560321/725193e5/dragonsniper_campaign.html
You'll need a 4shared account.
I've also got other lines recorded in other folders you take a gander at.
-
Nice. Would you happen to have "Send in Theta wing to intercept"? I didn't have to get an account, but I only saw the four. The fifth one would be nice to. :)
-
I'll get right on recording it for you and have it up on my account. I assume seeing the red = taken colour you liked my takes?
Line recorded and uploaded.
-
Yes the red means it has been taken. I may have another area of voiceacting I may need done sometime soon if you would like to help. Thanks. :)
-
PM me any time you need something done or an e-mail.
Was there anything about the recordings you think I could improve, like tone of voice, pace or improving sound quality?
-
It was a tad fast. What program did you use to make it with? I'm having a problem getting it to work in FreeSpace.
-
I use GoldWave to clean any clicks, pops and to edit some sound files and the generic recorder on all windows machines to actually record the lines. I save the finished file as a stereo, 48000 Hz, 320 kbps MP3.
I can easily convert all the files into another file type (such as .ogg) if it's more convenient.
-
I'm not sure, but it might be. I'll take a minute to try to figure it out, but I may need them converted. Just give me a couple of minutes.
-
Not needed. Droid helped me figure it out. Now if I add some music... sounds good. Thanks. :) I'll look through the storyline real quick to see if I'll need any more voice acting done.
-
Great, I'll keep converting them though, the quality is the same but the file size is much smaller. Happy accident I guess heh.
-
I took a quick look, and I can't see another cutscene possible. However, if you would like to voice act a character, I am willing to let you.
-
Soon as I get some lines, I'll take a look at doing them. I hope you're not looking for me to put on another voice in the same campaign, I'm not much for impressions
-
Couldn't Goldwave edit the voice? I mean the previous voice files that you did (I don't have the full version, thus I am rather limited to what I do.) If you don't want to do some others then that's fine, but if the previous voice files could be slowed down or something to make them sound different, then you could do a different person in the campaign if you so wished. If you would like to try it, I can PM you some lines. :)
-
No, no, no, I do wish to do more and yes goldwave can slow down/speed up and stuff I was just saying I can't put on accents (unless you want a really horrible cheesy Indian type accent ) that's what I meant, unless my voice was altered by GW, what you heard is what you get.
PM me the lines by all means though and would it be possible for you to add some direction to the line, like is it a happy line, sad, angry, fearful?
Because listening over some of my earlier lines, it sounds like I'm all over the place emotionally if you catch what I say.
