Title: I get this error when the medusa bomber loads

Hi all!

How do I fix this? I get this crash to desktop evrytime the medusa loads.

Error: Bad ID in model file <bomber04.pof>
File: ModelRead.cpp
Line: 2116

my specs :EVGA nforce 750i FTW, E8400 @ 3.2 GHz, 8 GB DDR2 800 Ram, X-Fi Platinum audio card, EVGA GTX 280 1GB GDDR3, COrsair 1000W HX PSU

Playing normal Freespace 2 with the 3.610 Media VPs everything on High

Try downloading the MediaVPs manually from the release thread (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,58230.0.html). Use the Sectorgame links.

Try that and see if it helps.

Yes it did help thank you! I still dont have normal mapping in the Graphic options but the game works.... how do I enable normal mapping?

You'll need to download the latest nightly build from the Nightly Builds board (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/board,173.0.html) and use it instead of the one you're using now.
