Title: Looking for a good Tv Tuner/Capture card

I'm looking for something to use as a second DVR and I also want to use it to take shows off the DVR I already have. I have looked at multiple cards by EVGA, Pinnacle, ATI, and Hauppauge and have yet to see some decent reviews. I am not wanting to spend more than 70 dollars although if I have to, I will go to 100 dollars.
