Title: Random Animated Glowmaps Question

Only two Shivan ships do not have fully animated glowmaps, that being the Rakshasa with partially animated glowmaps and the Lucifer with zero. I've been wondering why they were never animated along with the rest of the Shivan ships.

Likely because the guy who did the rest of the ships got tired or messed up with the Rakshasa, and the Lucifer was HTL'ed and retextured separately from the rest of the ships.
