Title: Why is Kiith Somtaaw never mentioned in HW2?

I'm not surprised they couldn't fit more details, since HW2 was in development since before Cataclysm came out. Anyway, it's been a century, you can't really expect them to be around in the same way.

I don't think Somtaaw was mentioned. Maybe you're thinking of Soban or Manaan or Kaalel?

EDIT: http://shipyards.relicnews.com/hw2/index.html (http://shipyards.relicnews.com/hw2/index.html) The history section that appeared in the strategy guide is reproduced here where there's a mention of somtaaw although its more of a name check than anything.
