Title: How do I change the sites theme?

Is there a way to change this websites theme?  It's a nice color scheme but I find it quite illegible and therefor impractical.

By the way, there's a badly placed board all the way on the bottom called "Site Management". I didn't see it the first time, either.

White on black/dark red isn't legible?

If you just want the font bigger, holding ctrl + mousewheel should do the trick, at least in Firefox.
