Title: Random Message Not Sending

I want to make an event trigger a random (but specified) message. The problem is is that the messages themselves aren't sending.

My setup here:

What am I doing wrong?

How are you changing the value of Incoming?

I guess I'm not. I was using Mission 1 from the BtRL demo as a reference.
