Title: Event failing to show up

The training message shows, but the directive doesn't. I don't have the faintest idea of what the problem can be. Am I doing something wrong?

Using is-event-true-delay without the optional 3rd argument. I explained this one in a little more detail (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,61272.0.html) a few days ago.
