Any chance of adding a wiki editor of some sort? Or allow users to profile their skin so that wikEd code could be added?

(Or heck, just add wikEd code to all the skins. If Greasemonkey and wikEd are not available locally, it should not break anything)

Just having an essentially blank box for editing is a pain. And I admit I am the fail when it comes to trying to keep mediawiki code in mind.

And does adding/editing templates (Such as Show/Hide) not work? I cannot seem to get show/hide (Ex: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Template_messages/Format ) to work. Or Infoboxes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Infobox).

I could not reproduce the error you received. What exactly you were doing to get this error? Is it limited to certain pages or do you get it on all pages?

I don't know jack **** about templates or infoboxes, maybe Goober does.

I used to receive that error. There's one way to solve the problem, and that's changing your browser. If you don't want to change your browser, just circumvent the error by editing the entire page.

Besides now that Goober reminded me of it, I fixed this a month ago (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,62325.msg1230319.html#msg1230319), did I not?

Okay. Yes, the section edit stuff now works. But there still is no way to use a Wiki-centric web editor.

WikiEd didn't work and I gave up figuring out why. "Loading error..." is oh so useful for debugging.
