As you can see, there are minimal references to those scripts' creators. I mentioned Wanderer when I added the new Flashy Deaths effect, but the other scripts have no references to their respective creators.
Who are they? I'd be glad to add their names to each and all of the articles.

Well, no, that's not a good idea.
Any registered member can edit any page, so it's more like an all-or-nothing scenario here. Either have all articles their author's name on the top or none.

The original scripts are the result of the work of a single member, however. For example, I made an alternate Flashy Deaths effect based on Wanderer's, but most of the credit goes to him.
Everyone is free to edit the scripts(as long as they don't break compatibility or make them useless) but I kind of believe that the original creators should be mentioned.
This is also important when attempting to contact the script's creator. When I wanted a Flashy Death effect I knew I had to PM Wanderer, but what about the other scripts? I can't get in touch with the creators. Furthermore, contacting the people who wikified the scripts may not be enough because they might have copied and pasted the script without checking its contents and/or having any scripting skills.

You can check the page's History if you want to know who the author is.

That helps tracking the author of the article, not the author of the script.
