Title: Raider carrier warp in with fighters docked solution

Well I have a working version.  It needs a bit of refinement but it works.  Raiders.fs2 (http://fubar5.fubar.org/tbp/Raiders.fs2)

not tested in non-zatras 3.6.9

This is beyond a joke. I modelled every polygon of the raider carrier, uvmapped it, textured half of it, and converted it! STOP USING MY WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION!!

I'm impressed you managed to find a solution, FUBAR -- I recall this problem had been bedeviling TBP designers for years.

Actually I didn't do anything special to make it work.  It was either a code fix or just a solution never tried before.  It is a bit of a hack as it uses fake wings and jettison cargo instead of actual wings and undocking.

Well the underlying bugs still probably exist but this works around them.   I wouldn't try using wings or undock.  You also have to order the fighters to play dead and give them 0 initial speed.

It might but the sequence takes longer and there would be more timing involved.  Jettison can be used on individual ships as well as all of them.

maybe I am going to launch all the fighters from the docking bay after all, saves me lots of work
