VA wrote a great Wiki article on doing a Blender to Collada to PCS2 conversion, but as far as I know, there's nothing Max specific floating around that's anything like it. So if you've been doing Max to Collada already, it would be great to get the tips and tricks for having a seamless conversion of model. I only know of one or two modelers who have been doing this, but I'm sure there's got to be more. I'm specifically interested in Max '09 info. Thanks a bunch for anything anybody can find or write up. By the way, the Blender article I'm talking about is here (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Blender_to_POF_Conversions). That's the kind of info that it would be great for Max to have, or maybe someone who knows what they're talking about could update the main Collada Importer article in a generic style that would be helpful for any modeling program.

I think there are similarities with the old script max exporter but i did not find explanation on this too,
i still use the max exporter (not good i know) untill i get information i need to convert my ships.

I should really write a tutorial about this when I get some time.

Scooby, I had you in mind when I wrote this, so yeah, it'd be very much appreciated, if you have the time.
Mainly, I'm hoping to get some models converted within the week for a LAN party I'm going to next weekend. A lot of our stuff isn't in game yet and the more I can get converted before then, the more I'll have to show off. Even still, any info after then would also still be useful, just not for this particular purpose.
