I just went to N-VIDIA (//www.nvidia.com) and found out that on the 21 of this month, new GE-FORCE Drivers have been released. For those of you who don't have'em, go get'em (http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=windows9x) :D
-
Thanks, but I've got a Kyro2. :D
-
No problem! :D
This is just a note to those that have GE-FORCE. I see that it has been viewed 13 times by now, but only one post. :(
-
Man, I don't know. Maybe because there's nothing to say! :D
-
Might as well post these too.
2k/xp drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=windows2000).
Linux drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=linux).
-
I already have those (since a while :D)
-
Thanks for bringing this up :D
-
Downloading now. ;)
-
_finally_
maybe this will stop my random directdraw related lockups!
edit: Tribes 2 still wont run thou, Im guessings its my new sound card thats causing it. Grr~
-
I get crackling sound only in FS2 whit my Creative soundblaster 128...and i don't use that sound thingy FS2 supports, andyone has a solution for that?

I have the exact same card, and same problem.
I fixed it by going to this site, www.geforcefaq.com
It will tell you how to fix that problem, along with some others.
-
Didn't get a chance to install these before; I will do so now and see if there is any noticeable difference. ;)
-
Suckas!
I still have my Voodoo5. This means that I won't have to update drivers for eternity. This means that developers and publishers must make games that are 3dFX compatible since many gamers still use their 3dFX cards.

Or not. ;7

Just bumping this back up since I finally got a chance to try these out; they don't work correctly. :p Or rather, they work, but I cannot get my GF3 to overclock correctly with them. It gives some sort of dll error whenever I change the clock speeds and try to save that. I'm going back to 23.11 for now...
-
Seems to work pretty well on my GF2 though, another win for nVidias software development section ;7

Um I get an error whenever i start Windows. It happened right after i downloaded the new drivers.

I'm guessing you are running a tweak program for your card...

The standard non-Ti model, but it is overclocked to 250/575MHz. ;7 :D (higher than Ti500 :D)

I get the exact same error. (among others) It seems to mess up whenever you try to change the default settings, using either nVidia's control panel or a third party one.

Is there a fix for that crud? :mad2: No I am not mad at you.
-
I couldn't find anything that rectified that, so I just went back to the 23.11 drivers.
-
Do you still get the error message?
By the way, what's the release date of those drivers?
