Title: CVS Comments

This came up in internal and IRC recently.
Before we do something drastic like remove the whole lot, we'd like to know what folks think.
This does NOT involve the removal of the Volition copyright block.
There is a patch available that does it with the current Trunk (if you want to see what if looks like).

I don't look at the code much but they are a pain to sift through.  Some of the files I've looked at are 90% comments.  I would say that if you are going to remove them then they should be archived somewhere.

They're all archived in SVN anyway.
