Probably your best design yet. It looks good head on and from behind. I'd probably work on the profile though, slim the cockpit down. That is, however, just my own odd preference.

Analazon's tip: Don't use textures like that. The model would look better without them, they stretch out and get distorted, taking the view away from the ship itself and on to the crappy texturing job.
Just my 2 cents....

Might consider kind of "bubbling" the canopy some. Ditto on the textures, they need changing , badly.

don't use textures at all for this early shots (expecially when textures are so crap:p)
btw cool shape.
i like also the big gun but, althought it has nothing to do with fs2, i'd like something like a big chaingun added to the actual weapon structure, and longer than the nose of the ship:):)

Its much nicer like that, it looks like a pilot could actually fit in there now.

I think the thing that I don't like about the model is around the middle of the fuselage when looking side-on. While it might be an effect of those textures, it looks rather plain and tube like. Maybe pulling the sides of the engines back, or even sweeping the wings forward might help. Maybe some little winglets?
