Title: Bug: Damage types in 3.6.11 don't damage shields

In 3.6.11 builds, if you give a damage type to some weapon and do not give a shield armor type to its target, then the weapon does no shield damage.

Yeah.. my bad... i'll try to find time to clean my local codebase and post a fix for the issue. Thank you for the report - though mantis would have been preferable but i have understood that many people have had a lot issues getting password for it

Yeah, I tried Mantis, but it refused to give me an activation email too.

Please test next nightly or other recent build (r5524 or later) to see if the problem has been fixed
